Judge Bruce Schroeder of the Kenosha County Court accused prosecutors of a “grave constitutional violation” in the murder trial of Kyle Rittenhouse on Wednesday morning after they tried to comment on his earlier reactions to testimony in the case. Rittenhouse stunned observers by taking the witness stand in his own defense, something that defendants rarely do in such trials. He recalled the events of Aug. 25 last year, when he fired on members of a mob attacking him during a Black Lives Matter riot. As he began to describe the events leading to the shootings, he broke down, and the trial took a brief recess. When Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger began his cross-examination, he began by noting that Rittenhouse had opportunities to watch videos of the riot, and to read articles abou...

The governor of Missouri says President Trump has promised to “do everything he could within his powers” to shield a St. Louis couple who wielded guns at protesters in their gated community from prosecution, even as an attorney for the client says charges are imminent.
Armed security guards position themselves on the balcony at the McCloskey home during the second wave of protests on their home. This was several days after the BLM protesters originally broke into their gated community.
On Friday, Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School left-wing activist David Hogg complained that the school’s new policy of making students use only clear backpacks after spring break infringes on his “First Amendment rights.” Grabien News reported “Hogg appeared Friday at a gun control forum with Axios’s Mike Allen,” where he launched into varying off-topic political tirades, advocating for far-left Democratic positions.
The Outline interviewed David Hogg, a 17-year old survivor of the shooting in Parkland, Florida, who says he is the NRA’s “worst nightmare.” Hogg’s interview was laced with profanity against his detractors, Gov. Rick Scott, the NRA, old people and others. Watch the march live Hogg said he became an activist because adults don’t know how to “use a f*cking democracy”: “When your old-ass parent is like, ‘I don’t know how to send an iMessage,’ and you’re just like, ‘Give me the fucking phone and let me handle it.’ Sadly, that’s what we have to do with our government; our parents don’t know how to use a fucking democracy, so we have to.”
I recently read a Facebook post that was asking why do we need semi-automatic and automatic weapons. Well, the first thing we need is some education on the difference between those two types of weapons. Individuals that own and love guns as I do, know and understand the difference. There are three types of weapons and I will explain each one and show how they actually operate and why some are legal to own and others are not.
The California State Senate agrees with Charlie Rangel that they “deserve” to own guns but the citizens do not! Every year they pass more and more gun laws and NONE of them apply to themselves! They voted 28-8 to exempt themselves from the gun-control laws that apply to the rest of the California. You think maybe this will cause Californians to rise up? NOPE! It happened 5 years ago and since then, California has passed a plethora of other gun laws…that only apply to citizens.
(Washington, DC) — Despite running a campaign earlier this year claiming to support the Second Amendment, Georgia Republican Congresswoman Karen Handel cast her vote in the House Judiciary Committee in favor of Dianne Feinstein’s NICS Government Database bill (HR 4477 / S 2135). The members and supporters of at least three Second Amendment organizations including Georgia Gun Owners, Gun Owners of America and the National Association for Gun Rights asked her to vote against the legislation.
Imagine the following scenario: At church this Sunday, while reviewing the list of announcements and upcoming events for your church, your pastor adds, “Oh, and don’t forget: on Sundays we have our regular target practice. Make sure to bring your guns. Make sure to bring your pieces to church.”
After a 15-year-old student opened fire at a high school near Spokane, Washington, earlier this week, the Spokane County Sheriff gave a defense of the Second Amendment that would make the Founding Fathers proud. What did he say? During a lengthy press conference on Thursday, Spokane County Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich explained in no uncertain terms that he believes a breakdown in society helped the teenage student execute his rampage, which took the life of one person and injured three others. It wasn’t the gun, the sheriff explained while defending the Second Amendment.
