Salmon Patties

In a medium bowl, beat eggs slightly to mix. Remove skin from salmon. Add the salmon, 1/3 cup of the bread crumbs, onion, parsley and lemon juice to the eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. (I don’t add any.) Mix well then shape into 5 patties. Coat the patties on both sides with the remaining bread crumbs.  Recipe
