I know many people are concerned with the state of our country and its future. They talk among themselves about what may or may not be coming, but for whatever reason, continue to put off anticipating and planning for it. How does one prepare for the unknown? There are a number of ways to ensure you and your family are safe and comfortable and the immediate focus (as I see it) should be on food and ready cash. Have you thought about food and menu planning and how you will pay for it should the money supply dry up or grocery items become too costly or in very limited supply? Even though life is good today, this is something everyone should give some serious thought to. Yes, it takes some time, planning and money (you would normally put elsewhere), but a little inconvenience now will save a lot of heartache later.
